Cancellation & Refund policy

To reserve your appointment, a $50 deposit is required and will be applied toward your service. We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. (Exceptions for extenuating situations and can be used towards rebooking one time.)
